Refund Policy for Purchased and Unused Shipping Labels

At ShipWiz, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you need to return an unused shipping label, you can do so within one week of the purchase date. Our return process is straightforward and designed to be hassle-free.

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Unused labels are eligible for return within seven days of purchase.
    • Labels must not have been scanned or used in any shipping process.
  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, contact customer support by going to the Settings ⚙ page in the ShipWiz app and tapping the Contact support ✉ button.
    • Include the label tracking number, and the reason for the return.
  • Refund Process:

    • Once your return request is submitted, we will process the refund within 72 hours.
    • Email confirmation of your refund initiation will be sent immediately after we process the refund.
    • The refunded label will be removed from your ShipWiz account, making it invalid for future use.
    • Refunds will be processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
  • Reapplication of Charges:
    • If a refunded label is used after the refund has been issued, the original charge will be reapplied to your payment method.
    • This reapplication will include any applicable refund processing fees.
